Tips for Jewellery Care:

All jewellery is up-cycled from genuine hallmarked silver, unless stated in the description. In order to care for them properly please follow our tips:

All of our silver spoon rings are completely waterproof, however all other jewellery we strongly recommend keeping away from water. To maintain the shine and finish, we recommend avoiding any acidic substances such as perfume, lotions and chemicals.

Storing:

As genuine silver and other metals oxidise when in contact with the air, we recommend storing your jewellery in an airtight container to prevent tarnishing.

Cleaning:

For everyday cleaning we recommend using a soft cloth to polish your pieces. For a deeper clean, we recommend using your silver tarnish tissue which comes with every order. Rub this tissue over the jewellery to remove any tarnish and dirt, gently rinse with warm water and mild soap, and dry with a soft cloth.

Please note that individual skin chemistry can affect how different metals and finishes interact. While we prioritise durability, we cannot accept responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. Therefore, tarnishing, scratching, or marking is not eligible for refunds or returns, as these issues arise from the care of the jewellery by the customer.
