About us:
I started Sweetpea Rings whilst in my final year of university last year, what started with a few handmade rings for my friends, then lead to selling them over Depop and to now this!
I wanted to create affordable sustainable jewellery, but made with genuine silver, to prove that luxury and sustainability can co-exist in this industry. So I sourced antique shops for the perfect materials, instead of gathering dust, I polished, flattened and shaped vintage cutlery into statement jewellery pieces, creating the ultimate up-cycled jewellery.
Every piece of jewellery has had it's own previous life and owner, like a tiny piece of history wrapped around your finger.
As a small business that started as side hustle from my university bedroom last year, to where we are today is crazy!
Thank you for all the love and support, keep an eye out for new summer releases on our instagram!
Lots of love,
Em xxx
Sustainability
From sourcing our genuine silver materials from antique shops gathering dust, to using offcuts from damaged spoons to create new jewellery. Sustainability is a huge driver in my business, using responsibly sourced materials such as repurposing silverware reduces waste, it lowers energy consumption and also decreases the need for environmentally harmful mining practices.
All rings come with a cardboard ring box, which can be reused or recycled!
